1. Who we are

AIFlasher is operated by Vidarbha Phonefix, based in Chandrapur, Maharashtra, India.

2. What AIFlasher is

AIFlasher is a diagnostic intelligence platform for Android mobile repair professionals. It provides structured diagnostic direction, firmware safety guidance, tool documentation, storage evidence checklists, and training references.

3. What AIFlasher is not

  • Not a firmware download site. We link to official sources only.
  • Not a tool crack / license bypass site. We never host or promote cracked tools.
  • Not a remote repair service. Repairs require physical access to the device.
  • Not a guaranteed-fix database. Direction is evidence-graded and reference-only until bench/field confirmation.

4. Use at your own risk

Mobile repair is risky. Wrong firmware, wrong preloader, wrong voltage, or wrong tool can permanently damage a device. AIFlasher provides diagnostic direction, not a guaranteed cure. You are solely responsible for actions you take based on information from this site. See our Repair Disclaimer for the full version.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use AIFlasher for any illegal purpose, including IMEI repair, FRP bypass on stolen devices, or any activity that violates Indian law.
  • Submit false, fake, or fabricated repair case data.
  • Attempt to bypass site security, brute-force admin accounts, or exploit vulnerabilities.
  • Scrape the site in a way that overloads our servers or republish content without attribution.
  • Use AIFlasher to assist any activity that infringes on intellectual property of device manufacturers or tool vendors.

6. Content ownership

All AIFlasher content — structure, diagnostic logic, verification standards, page text — is the intellectual property of Vidarbha Phonefix. You may reference and link to our pages, but you may not republish substantial portions of AIFlasher content without written permission.

Third-party trademarks (Samsung, Xiaomi, Google, Qualcomm, MediaTek, etc.) belong to their respective owners and are used here only for technical reference.

7. Third-party links

AIFlasher links to vendor pages, tool documentation, and community projects. We do not control external sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or availability.

8. No fake data policy

AIFlasher does not create fake firmware records, fake compatibility entries, fake testimonials, or inflated statistics. By the same token, we do not accept fake or fabricated case submissions. Any user-submitted case that appears fabricated is rejected during admin review.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, AIFlasher, Vidarbha Phonefix, and its contributors are not liable for:

  • Any damage to your device, customer device, or any property arising from your use of information on this site.
  • Lost business, lost data, or lost profits.
  • Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages of any kind.
  • Damage caused by third-party tools, firmware, or drivers linked from this site.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the homepage. Continued use after a change means acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chandrapur, Maharashtra.
