Recover saved repair cases

Cases belong to the address and browser where they were saved. This page exports a backup without deleting or moving the originals.

1. Open this page at the address where you used the workspace: without www or with www.
2. Export the saved cases, then open the www repair workspace.
3. Use Import backup to select the downloaded JSON. Existing case IDs are preserved and skipped; keep both backups if the same case has different edits.
4. Check the imported cases and retain your backup. Repeat in any other browser used for repairs.

Backups may contain technician notes. Keep them private. Nothing is uploaded by this recovery page.
